It’s not every day you get to pitch the President of the United States and announce a collaboration with Google on AI, but that’s what Westinghouse did at the first-ever Pennsylvania Energy Summit and Expo in Pittsburgh on July 15.
Students from the Lower Richland Community attended the camp, which was held at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, in Hopkins, SC. The program promoted activities that were designed to enhance the knowledge of local students in science and technology.
This summer, more than 340 young professionals are interning at Westinghouse across 30 sites, representing 10 countries from 127 universities and colleges.
