Westinghouse Ownership of Mangiarotti Finalized on November 23, 2017
In early November, Toshiba announced that they had reached an agreement with Westinghouse Electric UK Holdings Limited (WECUKH) and Westinghouse Electric Company LLC (WEC) to transfer Toshiba’s 70 percent shareholding in Mangiarotti S.p.A (Mangiarotti) to WECUKH.

Natgasoline Mega-Methanol Package : Successful On-Time Delivery
A great achievement has just been reached (end of September 2015), with the delivery of an outstanding package of critical components for the Natgasoline Methanol Plant in Beaumont, Texas, engineered under the know-how and license of the long-standing Mangiarotti client Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions (formerly Lurgi), the Engineering and Construction activity of the Air Liquide Group.

After the shipment of the three items (2 CMT - Core Makeup Tank and 1 PRZ - Pressurizer) we can consider as completed the order acquired by Mangiarotti S.p.A. regarding the construction of two new power plants AP1000 located in two different Countries of the United States (Georgia and South Carolina).
