The Heat Treatments Course managed by Alberto Lauro, C.E.O. of IIS Progress srl (the Company controlled by the Italian Institute of Welding that deals with courses and training), has been concluded in Monfalcone Plant of Mangiarotti SpA.
Knowledge has to be constantly implemented and reinforced. Even though Mangiarotti SpA is a reality with over 60 years of history and proven experience in the production of pressure components, reactors, heat exchangers and steam generators both for Nuclear and Oil & Gas sectors, the Company continues investing in trainings and courses to guarantee skilled personnel to its customers.
In 1973, Mangiarotti SpA was the first company in Europe that received the N & NPT ASME Stamp, which is the authorization to build equipment operating in the primary circuit of Nuclear Power Plants, where Safety and Quality of Welded Joints do not know compromises. Following the continuous improvement philosophy, the Company recognizes training activity as a fundamental prerequisite to maintain the high quality level achieved after several years of experience and to repay the trust of its Customers providing highly trained personnel. The Heat Treatments Course managed by Mr Lauro has been concluded in the end of September 2017 in Monfalcone Plant of Mangiarotti SpA and is only one of the several training initiatives that Mangiarotti provides to its personnel.
