It all started a few decades back, with the first HDS Reactor successfully fabricated and delivered to Motor Oil Hellas in Greece. At that time the Cr-Mo wasn’t really our bread and butter as it is now. But - since then - an incredible experience has been accumulated in fabricating such challenging items, passing – among the others - through the first package with Chevron as Process Licensor for Glimar Hydrocomplex (Poland) Hydrocracking Reactors (picture below).
This was followed by the qualification for the V-enhanced items:
And now, after plenty of supplies of critical heavy wall items, our efforts are being crowned with a further important achievement : the Agreement just reached with Chevron Lummus Global for their designed Hydroprocessing Reactors and Hot High Pressure Separators in 1.25Cr-0.5Mo, 2.25Cr-1Mo, 2.25Cr-1Mo-V Low Alloy Steels.
We are so proud to report that CLG now strongly recommends Mangiarotti to their process licensees as one of the few suppliers of choice to ensure that the equipment are fabricated to the highest quality standards that enable CLG to provide their prestigious process guarantee.
