However, we believe that the fundamental principles are common. The Westinghouse Supplier Code of Conduct embodies these principles and provides further clarity regarding our expectations. This Supplier Code of Conduct applies to all Suppliers including contractors, subcontractors and suppliers of products and services with whom Westinghouse, its affiliates, subsidiaries and business units worldwide have contractual relationships.
