I&C Services & Installations

Westinghouse handles every dimension of on-line and outage maintenance for instrumentation and control systems, including emergent, planned, and modification work.

Our skilled and certified I&C technicians and engineers adhere to IPC standards, performing tasks such as protection and control circuit calibrations, data acquisition and analysis, system modifications, circuit troubleshooting, and equipment repairs.

We have created standardized maintenance services for legacy Westinghouse I&C platforms, leveraging industry operational experience to address reliability and parts obsolescence issues. These services can be customized to fit the specific lifecycle planning and maintenance needs of each site.

We offer a comprehensive planning and project management program to ensure our I&C projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. We have effectively assisted numerous major utilities, both domestically and internationally, with I&C services for outages, online maintenance, and system upgrades.

Our integrated process involves detailed pre-planning, hands-on work package review, project-specific training, as well as comprehensive management reviews, risk assessments, and contingency plans to ensure first-time quality.

We merge experienced professional leadership with a highly qualified workforce, operating both in a non-union setting or under various union labor agreements. This flexibility allows us to manage every facet of the work and supervise any subcontractors effectively.

Our technicians undergo a specialized performance-based training and qualification program, uniquely tailored to ensure high proficiency. This program adheres to EPRI standards and is recognized as equivalent to various utility training programs. As a result, our technicians can operate autonomously without the need for utility supervision, significantly reducing both time and cost associated with on-boarding training and qualification requirements.

We also offer various levels of project implementation.. We can provide construction management services and act in an advisory type role that brings unmatched I&C Digital upgrade experience to work with your MMC or contractor. We also offer a Turn-key solution that provides a complete onsite team to perform Work Order Planning, outage and online scheduling along with craft labor and oversight to support all aspects of the project lifecycle.
